  • Proficient in The Raiser’s Edge, Raiser's Edge NXT and Education Software.
  • Perform data conversions from other database programs to The Raiser's Edge and Education Software.
  • Recommend data placement for The Raiser’s Edge and Education Software to better suit client needs.
  • Training in all areas of The Raiser's Edge, Raiser's Edge NXT and Education Software.
  • Database evaluation, cleanup, and restructure to better meet client needs (by export/import of data for update and global through Database Administration).
  • Write custom Crystal Reports from The Raiser's Edge and Education Software Data per client specifications.
  • Remote data entry/gift processing services
  • Assist clients with pre-conversion cleanup in preparation for move to Blackbaud Hosted environment and upgrade from earlier versions of Raiser’s Edge to most current version.
  • Liaison between Blackbaud and client for move to
    hosted environment
  • Security setup for
    Hosted Environment
  • Security setup for Raiser’s Edge NXT Web views
  • Staff Training for Raiser’s Edge and NXT Web views
  • Implementation of NXT, including Online Express, any additional modules purchased with your NXT subscription, and setup of BBMS account for credit card processing.
  • Setup of any additional modules requested by client for Raiser’s Edge and Raiser’s Edge NXT.
  • All other tasks as needed in The Raiser's Edge, Raiser’s Edge NXT, and Education Edge per client request.

Hourly Remote Services

Retainer contracts are available for all services, specifically training, cleanup projects, custom report building and other services as requested by the client. Retainer contracts start at a minimum of 3 months and continue as 6 months, 1 year, and longer if requested by the client. The cost for a retainer contract depends on the services requested by the client, retainer length, and/or number of hours per month. A bid is given once a decision has been made by the client as to length of retainer, services desired, and/or number of hours requested.
